CORE-Fit Training is lead by Ron Raines, marine, and accomplished triathlete who is accredited through ACE, ACSM, AFAA, TRX, SPINNING, and CrossFit Level 1.  Ron's passion is coaching and working with individuals who are looking to improve their wellness level, with occupational rehab, military readiness as well as personal competitions of all categories.   CORE-Fit includes the best from many different workouts including TRX Suspension, Bootcamp, Speed & Agility, Plyometrics, and so much more!  

CORE-Fit's athletic and sports performance training for athletes will improve explosion, power, core conditioning, speed, agility, flexibility, endurance & overall athleticism for the purpose of improving sports performance and reducing injury during contests and competitions.

    Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association

    Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Western Oregon University

    20 years working with young athletes as a football and wrestling coach as well as running speed, conditioning, and agility camps
